During the season your child will learn the fundamentals of hockey, its rules, and how to work as a team. Athletes in this program will participate in different drills that will enhance their skill level and ability.
Our main goal for our league is to give the kids a fun, safe environment to learn the game of hockey. We strive to increase players’ skills, increase their understanding of the game (positioning, rules, hockey I.Q.), and emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship.
The league format will be 25 minutes of skills/drills and a 30-minute game.
Players will only need a stick to participate! If you do not have your own stick, you can purchase one for $15 or borrow a stick from the Training Center. No other equipment is necessary.
