The Tampa Bay Lightning will be hosting a FREE ball hockey clinic at Lakeland Ice Arena on Saturday, September 7th! The clinic will be open to all ages.

Only 45 spots available per time slot. You must sign up to participate. Make sure you don't miss out and sign up today!

10 and under: 9:00 - 9:45am

15 and under: 10:00 - 10:45am

18 and up: 11:00 - 11:45am

The clinic is designed for athletes of all skill levels. We will go over how to hold a hockey stick, passing, shooting and other core skills. After the the drills we will have a scrimmage where kids get to try out their new skills! The clinic will be run by Tampa Bay Lightning staff.

No experience? No equipment? No problem! These clinic's are for all skill levels to try out the great sport of hockey. We will provide you with a ball hockey stick to use if you do not have your own. NO OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY!
