Please fill this application out for a chance to have the Tampa Bay Lightning visit your school!

School requirements:

Indoor or outdoor court: Accommodate a 50X30 foot rink
# of students: 200-300 students
Schedule details:
- 4-6 sessions
- 45-minute sessions
- 40-50 students per session
- 10-15 minute break in between sessions
- If more than 4 sessions, must include a 30 minute lunch break (School provide lunch for 6 staff members)

*In order for the Lightning to visit your school, the above requirements must be met.
