🏒 Get Ready for the NEW 5-on-5 Spring Ball Hockey League at Sligh Middle School! 🏒

The Tampa Bay Lightning is pumped to launch a BRAND NEW 5-on-5 Adult (18+) Ball Hockey League at Sligh Middle School! This league promises fast-paced action, high-energy fun, and friendly competition. Grab your gear and let’s make this season one for the books!

🏆 This League Will Only Have One Division:

⚡ Intermediate to Advance Players & Teams

• Rink Size: 120' x 60'
• Format: 5 vs. 5 with a goalie
• Roster: Up to 15 players + 1 goalie
• Game Duration: 3 periods, 10 minutes each (stop clock)
• Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
• Co-ed: Bring your A-game!
• Cost: $800 per team or $90 per individual

⚡ If you are a beginner or recreational player or team. Please sign-up for our 3-on-3 league at the Lightning Made Training Center! We also have a competitive 3-on-3 division if interested in both leagues.

🔥 League Details You Can’t Miss:

• Duration: 10 weeks
• Schedule: 7 to 8 regular-season games + at least 1 playoff game
• Day: Wednesdays
• Start Date: March 5th
• Game Times: 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM
• Equipment Required: Helmet, gloves, shin guards, and hockey stick. Goalies must have own equipment. 
• Rules: USA Ball Hockey Official Rule Book
