The Tampa Bay Lightning is excited to launch our Winter Adult (18+) Ball Hockey League at the Lightning Made Training Center!

Competitive Division: Rink size is 60'x30'. The format is 3 vs 3 with a goalie. Each team is allowed nine players and a goalie on their roster. The games will consist of 3, 15 minute periods.

This league is for more advanced skill level. No roster requirements. This division is co-ed. Cost is $600 a team or $80 for an individual.

Recreational Division: Rink size is 60'x30'. The format is 3 vs 3 with a goalie. Each team is allowed nine players and a goalie on their roster. The games will consist of 3, 15 minute periods.

This league is for beginners and less competitive individuals and teams that are looking to play hockey and have fun. Must have at least one (1) women on the rink at all times. This division is co-ed. Cost is $600 a team or $80 for an individual.

Create a team or sign-up as an individual, pick a division, and get ready to compete against other teams. We can provide you with a ball hockey stick if needed. NO OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY!

This is a 10-week league with 8 regular season games and 2 playoff games. The League will be on Tuesday's starting January 9th. Games will start at 6:30pm! Dates (Tuesdays) for the league are:
